The house has 300 m² of built area. It is wide and ventilated and has an excellent infrastructure with all comfort you need for your vacantions. The house has 4 bedrooms : 2 air-conditioned suites in the first floor (one with king size bed), 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor and a further 1 air-conditioned bedroom and 2 bathrooms in an external dependency.
The house has ocean view from the first floor and easy walking access (400 m) to the beaches. It has a huge panoramic balcony, a pool, a barbecue area and fully equipped kitchen. 6 cars can be parked (including 3 covered spaces) inside the house area.
The house is located at 20 minutes by car from João Pessoa, the capital of Paraíba State.
It is pretty close to Recife (71 miles) and Joao Pessoa which gives a perfect spot to enjoy the Northest of Brazil!

The house is located close to the see (about 700 meters by walk to "Praia do Amor").
The neighborhood is pretty safe and quite, away from the city, noise and polution. The area is preserved and calm, excelent point to relax and, at the same time, not so far away from the city.
