This Historic Property(1850's) has been completely renovated and is located about 1 mile from town and beaches and 1/2 mile to New Harbor and the Oar Restaurant. The house has 3 rentals of which this one is a 1 bedroom studio (prices on this website reflect the 1 bedroom only), 1 bath, double futon couch, sleeps 4 max. Features include wood floors, tile bath, TV, granite counter tops, air conditioning. The studio has a privacy entrance and can be rented with the 2 bedroom below to make it an a joining 3 bedroom rental or can be rented separately. Amenities include open floor plan, queen bed, double futon couch, refrigerator, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. Can be rented Sunday to Friday (midweek, 2 night minimum) weekends-Friday-Sunday (2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends) or weekly.

I am a long time owner of my Block Island house and have recently moved back to the island from Stonington, Ct. I rent a total of 3 units, seasonally by the night (2-night minimum), week, weekend and 6 months in the winter while residing in my 1st-floor apartment. Retired from the corporate world, my interests are woodworking, travel, and the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.
