Bedroom is bright- 3 windows- wooden floors-warm-tranquil- en suitebath/shower-wifi/TV. Situated in a quiet residential area in the outskirts of Limerick City, approx 3 miles from City Centre.

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic I have reduced the number of guest rooms available from two to one.
You are the only guests in the house.
The room is situated 12 feet away from the main staircase ensuring you are socially distanced from us during your stay.
Your room is a dormer room facing southwest. It is bright and accommodates a king sized bed that can divide into two single beds if needs be. It has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large built in wardrobe with tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom with biscuits and fresh fruit provided daily.
We have super fast WiFi (5G).

Guests can relax on the bench in the front of the house or in the green space beside it.
Due to Covid 19 best practice, guests will not be able to access the kitchen. Hot food can be ordered in or light snacks can be prepared and consumed in your room.
