Situated on the peaceful Murray River Peel Region of West Australia an hour south of Perth nr Mandurah. The cottage is a self contained unit opening into a Tropical setting with BBQ facility. Own private jetty on the river with mooring facility.
We do not accommodate for children and pets are not allowed

Guests are welcome to use the rear tropical setting area with tv, relaxing lounge type chairs or bar stools if sitting at the bar (byo) or cooking a bbq. To the front of our property is an A class reserve which leads to the River and our private boat jetty.

There is much to do during your stay. If you wish to swim, fish of the private jetty, catch swimmer crabs in season or canoe (byo) you won't be disappointed. You might just wish to relax within the tropical setting to the rear watching tv having a cold beer or have the glass of wine sitting on our jetty watching the abundant wildlife and maybe you may glimpse the visiting dolphins as they swim by.
If a trip to Mandurah for a meal is on the agenda then we are only 15 mins from the foreshore and 10 mins to the Shopping Forum where a coffee might be the go.

We are located in a cul-de sac next to an A class reserve where an evening stroll along the river is a must to take in the tranquil peaceful environment and maybe look out for the resident possums in abundance.
