Near new apartment in renowned Perry Lakes Estate. This modern apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully self contained luxury getaway. It boasts an outdoor alfresco area, is surrounded by beautiful parklands and is close to the city and beaches.

Destiny Retreat is a brand new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully self contained luxury apartment located in the renowned Perry Lakes Estate.
You will feel at home in the open plan living space that opens out to a courtyard and alfresco area. The sofa is a sofa bed and allows up to an additional 2 persons to stay in the apartment comfortably should you require (additional charges apply). The kitchen is fully equipped and has built in Miele appliances.
Blinds have been fitted to the property and include sunblock plus shade screens to the main living areas that allow you your privacy whilst also letting in the natural light.
Laundry has washing machine and dryer and is equipped with an iron, ironing board and clothes rack. Complimentary laundry detergents are supplied.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and is dressed in Sheridan linen. There is ample hanging space and a TV in the bedroom.
Foxtel, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs are all available for your use throughout your stay. Should you be travelling with children and wish for us to have PG only DVD's accessible please advise us prior to stay.

I live on the 2 floors above the apartment so am essentially 'on call' should you need any assistance or just for a general chat about what to do around the area. I am more than happy to recommend attractions and restaurants for you.
