Everythingabout the place is as advertised, the a/c unit is a bit too small or too old to effectively cool the space and the fitting isn't good cos there are large openings for the cool air to escape to the outside.

Great location to all the Makati Malls and good security. Very easy check-in process. Good response when issues surfaced. Would recommend.

Fantastic location, two blocks from the greenblet shopping center and outdoor parks. Very quiet location! There is a very quaint coffee shop located on the first floor that is open until 11:00 pm, and nice to sit and have a cup of coffee to start the day. Marielle was very quick…

It’s a very comfortable and spacious studio, resembling a hotel room. The bed is luxuriously enormous. I highly recommend it!
