This a real gorgrous house, which is part of a very private and secure residence BONITA VILLAGE , very well known for its tranquility in Las Terrenas. Security night and day.
It is situated at 10 minutes walking from the most beautiful beach, PLAYA LAS BALLENAS.The house is up a little ill above the beach.
But you are also at 10 mn driving from the village( the local taxis are what we call "monto concho" that means moto driver you can use everywhere

Nested in a hill, White Sand is at the heart of the Nature but by the sea (5 mn in feet). We live in Dominican Republic for 20 years and WE have built the villa of OUR dreams, to put itin YOUR dispositon. It offers of the luxury and the relaxation, some peace and the user-friendliness(conviviality). It is a heaven of peace, an unforgettable place where to share holidays between friends. Every room has its peculiarity but all are magnificent. The places of life are magic, the light enters everywhere because it is almost built only by plate glass windows. The lounge inside the swimming pool will be the unexpected place to have a drink by the sunset .
