The apartment is located between the Madou tower and Botanique, close to EU institutions and has lots of connections with public transportations just around the corner/down the street.
The apartment is just finished. It is fully furnished (iPod dock station, big flat screen, big closet, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, audio system in the shower (iPod) and we also installed Netflix on the Apple TV
Free high speed WIFI is provided
The studio consists of one big living space with the kitchen, a modern bathroom, kitchen and a hall-way with the closets
The bed is in the mezzanine of the studio, where you can have large views over the city. During daytime, the apartment has a amazing sun-luminosity, it shines through the 3 big roof windows.
We also went green recently, covering the whole roof with solar panels!
We provide free towels and sheets for all guests.

The studio is located near the financial center of Brussels and 2 steps from the shopping malls of the Rue Neuve. It takes about 15min to reach the Grand Place & the Manneken Pis by foot.. At night you can enjoy the local restaurants and bars, it takes about 15 min walk or a 4 tram stops to reach the Sablon. The whole city is easily accessible by foot & you can also rent bicycles within 5 min of the house.
