Semi-private beach with gorgeous and safe tidal pool. Open plan beach house on 1.7 acre (0.7 ha) property. Lots of space. Two story post-and-beam structure can accommodate 4 guests. Upstairs bedroom has one queen-sized bed & one full-sized bed. LGBT friendly. We welcome everyone regardless of their race, color, sex, ethnic origin, and religious preference. Hablamos español.

The beach has volcanic rock barriers with a natural tidal pool that's safe for children and adults.
The house has two stories: open living area and kitchenette on the first floor. There's also a detached toilet and shower on the ground level. An outside shower is next to the walkway leading to the beach. The second floor has a bedroom with a half bath and a large balcony surrounded by tree tops.

If you're driving please note that this is the closest beach from Managua, only 60km. The road from Managua toward the beach was recently rebuilt and is in perfect condition for 44km, then you take a 13km dirt road to El Tránsito town and 3 additional km to the property. The dirt road is in decent shape most of the year although it could get muddy in the rainy season (May through November). The last 500m are a bit challenging: mostly natural slate stone. Four-wheel drive vehicle recommended.
Friends and family have often commented that my beach house is a piece of paradise exuding positive energy. A perfect place to relax.
