The house has a total of 4 Air Conditioned bedrooms. Air purifier is available in the house. It is most comfortable for 8 guests or less but with 2/3 guests per room, it can accommodate up to 10 guests. Guests are expected to keep the house and rooms neat and tidy. There is scheduled house cleaning free of charge.

Guest can have a good view of the surrounding area from the terrace on the second floor.
The surrounding area is quiet because not many cars pass through the street in front of the house. The street in front of the house, about 200 m long, can only be passed through by one car at a time.
There are lots of restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk from the house.
You can use the refrigerator, gas cooker, cooking appliance, utensils.
Drinking water in the dispenser is complimentary as well as instant noodles, tea, and coffee.
Cable TV is availabke and has domestic and international channels.
Bath towels will be provided and replaced daily (if requested)
The space will be cleaned on regular schedule by our staff.

The restricted area is the room in the second floor which is used for storage but the terrace on the second floor is accessible.
