Pets are not allowed in our condo under the condo association rules. We appreciate the importance of service animals, and we are aware of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. Some of our guests suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no dander service companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our guests. A copy certification showing your pet is a helper animal is required.
