Delightful self contained studio set in lovely private garden. This place is quiet, pretty, close to shops, restaurants, cafés, beaches and wonderful walks. Lots of places in garden to sit, relax, meditate, read , do yoga or drift off to sleep.

Undercover parking. Weber/BBQ . Bed linen, Queen size bed. towels provided.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clothes stand available.
Complimentary port and chocolates.
Complimentary juice, cereal, yogurt in fridge.
Open plan living combining bedroom/living room. Bright and cheerful, snug in winter with wall heater and AC for hot summer days. Wonderful walks, historical sites, art galleries, gourmet restaurants, casual cafes, local markets.
Buses nearby if required.
Swim with the dolphins, the seals or just swim in the pristine bay. Go to the Yacht clubs and enjoy a glass of local wine.
Or just sit in the garden, listen to the birds and read or paint.
Play golf on wonderful courses, fish, visit local sports areas.
Catch the ferry to historical Queenscliff, watch the dolphins swim with the ferry on the way, have local seafood and wines before going to Great Ocean Road or come here after the Great Ocean rd and choose where to go from here.
Or take the coastal road to Cape Shanck, enjoy the breathtaking views to Philip Island where the penguins are.
Different routes to Melbourne are the Freeway, the bay road or the coastal drive, many choices and much beauty abounds.

Blairgowrie still has a village feel and I love the beauty of the surf beach and the serenity of the bay beach, both easily accessed from here. The friendliness of the shopkeepers and the diversity of food offered by local cafe/restaurants.
There is a public community bus which passes closeby. Also bus from Melbourne and Frankston is at end of street.
Very handy to All Smiles for weddings and Peninsula Springs for indulgence.

The friendliness of the shopkeepers and the diversity of food offered by local cafe/restaurants. Abundance of gift shops, local hairdresser and barber. 4 -5 min drive to Sorrento, another 5 mins to historical Portsea . 5 min drive to queenscliff ferry.
