Very bright apartment just renovated , well furnished and in a quiet area, with a nice sea view on the Gulf of the promontory of Mesco and the charming corner of the Gigante. It is located on the top floor of a building just above the seafront of Fegina (50 meters above sea level) and five minutes from the Gigante beach, the train station, shops and restaurants , with regular stairs and a short stretch of road. You can arrive also by car near to the flat.

If you will arrive before 1 pm the flat is not ready, but you can left the luggages inside the apt and take the keys
From 1 March 2018 the Municipality of Monterosso al Mare applies tourist tax:
you should pay on cash at your arrival € 2 per person per night , for a maximum of 3 nights (children up to 12 years old). Upon your arrival you will be asked for identity documents for the due registrations. Thank you for your collaboration

In the municipality of Monterosso separate waste collection is carried out, guests are therefore invited to follow the rules, in order to avoid sanctions.
