Located in a very panoramic position, Eremo di Montevergine overlooks the beach of San Francesco.You can enter into the Eremo through a wrought iron gate, from the little square in front of the church of San Francesco di Paola. A long covered patio which holds an ancient well bordered by large and beautiful arcades, becoming a larger and uncovered patio takes you to the master stairs adorned with the classical piperno decorations.From the master stairs, overcoming two large ramps, a wide and bright entrance introduces in the main part of the Eremo which is the ex-manor and is positioned in the middle of the apartments as a pistil in the center of its petals.
