Built in 1849, Tivoli Cottage is a Grade 11 listed town house, well located within walking distance of Stamford Town Centre. Stamford Train Station is literally a minute away and is on the Birmingham to Stansted Airport line. Perfectly located if you are visiting the Burghley Horse Trials. Family home with everything on its doorstep

Hi, my name is John and I have lived in the Market Deeping area for 25 years. This was our family home and its location is perfect for all the things that you will need. The town has loads of good pubs, restaurants and takeouts plus there is a spa shop at the end of the road. For bigger shops there is a large Tesco’s and children’s playground for the kids within a 10 minutes walk. Freshly decorated for the 2021 season!

Detached Victorian Cottage, Stamford

The cottage is located on a private lane with free parking. Stamford's stunning historic architecture, quaint independent shops and fabulous pubs are moments from the door. Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.
