Great buzzing area with all the cool bars pubs and restaurants in the baltic triangle all within less than 10 minutes walk yet my apartment itself is very peaceful

This nice double room with private bathroom is a perfect place for travellers, explorers and people that want to visit the city. Excellent and central location, only 10 minutes walk to the Lime Street train station, Liverpool One, M&S Bank Arena, Cavern Club, Albert Dock, Art Galleries, Museums and well connected to Everton and Anfield Stadiums. There are many restaurants and bar within just 5-10 minutes walk but don’t worry the apartment is in a very quiet street.
This listing is for a private double room in a lovely and bright apartment in the heart of Liverpool! The apartment is spacious and clean and guests have their own double room, equipped with a double bed, storage space, hairdryer, clean towels, list of attractions, bar, restaurant, and travel adaptors. Guests also have their own private fully furnished bathroom, modern and clean with shampoo and toiletries left for you. The use of the kitchen is not permitted but complimentary teas, coffees and other food supplies are provided! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. PLEASE NOTE: I share the apartment with another person and a lazy ginger cat that sleeps most of the time!

A cosy private double room with a double bed with an ensuite toilet and shower room. There is as well a large desk, chair and a TV. We will also provide Netflix access. The bright modern flat is on a 3rd floor, located in the Heart of Liverpool City Center close to all local amenities, shops and supermarkets and luckily is situated in a quiet residential space.
We would like all our guests to feel as if they are home. A place to sleep before an early conference, a late night out or just to relax whilst sightseeing!

Very quiet street despite being located in center of the city. Comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses so perfect sleep is guaranteed. In addition floor to ceiling window with the view over the city and Swedish church. My place is located in very hart of Liverpool. It extremely close to all city attractions as well as train (Lime street and Central) and couch(Liverpool 1) stations. So if you are on business or pleasure trip you don't have to spend much time to get where you would like to be. It is ideal place for you to stay in Liverpool.

An on street parking permit for guests is available. Anfield and Goodison are a short bus ride away. Aintree racecourse, Southport and Chester are easily reachable by train. Supermarkets and restaurants of all types are a few minutes away. Chinese, Italian, Indian or traditional pub grub, are plentiful.
Although we are in the city centre, the flat is not overlooked, the balcony is the perfect place for a nice glass of wine before heading off to the the theater etc. This is a quiet residencial block of 12 flats. So please be considerate of other householders in respect of noise, especially at night

Two bedroom duplex penthouse apartment with a a large open plan living / dining area which opens out onto a large terrace commanding stunning views of Liverpool and beyond. On site car parking is available and it is located on Duke Street, next to some great restaurants. Shops, bars and all that the city has to offer are all within a few minutes walk.
On the upper level, this lovely penthouse apartment contains a large open plan living / dining space with a galley kitchen located off it. The living space opens out onto a very large terrace which gets the sub from midday and offers beautiful views of the city, River Mersey and on a clear day the welsh hills beyond. The lower level contains the entrance hall, two double bedrooms (master bedroom is en suite and has a small terrace that catches the morning sun off it) and a family bathroom. The property also has a designated car parking space.

Large, spacious, brilliantly located space in the amazing City Centre RopeWalks area - with one hell of a view. Modern yet homely - this apartment gives great standards of decor, facilities and comforts. The apartment benefits from two well-sized bedrooms (one en-suite, both with comfortable double beds and ample storage space). The living room is spacious, with big windows and a lovely balcony. It also has a luxury comfy couch to relax on and watch TV on the large flatscreen TV (incl. DVD player and Freeview). You can also choose to watch a selection of modern classic DVDs! There is also a table and chairs, to have your breakfast/ dinner, if you want to get some work done or enjoy some fresh air near the balcony doors. The modern kitchen, which is fully fitted with integrated appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven (plus microwave, kettle and toaster) also benefits from all the crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans you will need. The Ropewalks area is located within Liverpool’s Riverside Ward to the South of the City Centre. It is the independent heart of Liverpool - right between the docks, LiverpoolOne, the Chinese Quarter and Cathedrals. The land rises gently from the Liverpool One development at Hanover Street up towards Berry Street and Liverpool’s Chinatown along roads that have taken their form from the ‘roperies’ that were founded to service the shipping industry following the creation of the world’s first commercial ‘Wet-Dock’, designed by Thomas Steers, on land reclaimed from the former Pool in 1715. ‘Ropewalks’ is synonymous with the Duke Street Conservation Area, Liverpool’s Georgian Merchant’s Quarter. Conservation area designation in 1988 has enabled Liverpool City Council to protect this area of the city that has its origins in the early 18th Century growth of Liverpool associated with Britain’s expansion as a colonial trading power and the early period of the industrial revolution. By the mid nineteenth century the ‘Old Dock’ had been reclaimed and the focus of the city’s growth had moved elsewhere. As a result the townscape of Ropewalks is distinct from the shire counties and fields that preceded the construction of the ‘Old Dock’ and the Victorian development within Liverpool that post-date it. The area’s international importance has warranted inclusion in the UNESCO Liverpool – Maritime Mercantile City World Heritage Site (area 6 – “Lower Duke Street”). Ropewalks today contains a mixture of late 18th and early 19th century merchants houses, counting houses and warehouses (early merchant’s dwellings often physically linked with their warehouses, reflecting a dual residential and commercial function), along with later 19th century and early 20th century low-grade commercial and industrial adaptation and redevelopment. The area encompasses one of the City’s major retail streets in the form of Bold Street, is home to a number of businesses in the creative industries, has a flourishing nightlife and includes Liverpool’s vibrant Chinatown that developed in the area from the 1820s. There are currently 102 individual listed buildings within Ropewalks. Over the last 15 years there have been new developments for mixed-use and apartment buildings; a multi-million pound film and creative technology centre (FACT) and grant aided schemes to restore architectural features and bring historic floorspace back into use as shops, offices, hotel and living accommodation. Much of the warehousing within Ropewalks has been brought back into use through the Lower Duke Street Townscape Heritage Initiative (1998-2001) and is now inhabited through mixed uses of apartments, offices and restaurants. The Liverpool: World Heritage Site THI (2005 – Present) is in the process of bringing back into use many of the buildings that are most ‘at risk’ within Ropewalks.

Welcome to my apartment! It is the perfect place to explore Liverpool whether you are travelling for business or with a family - it looks out onto Liverpool´s famous Chinese arch at the front and Anglican Cathedral at the back. The living space is decorated in a Scandinavian style complete with mid-century furniture. The kitchen is fully furnished and we will provide amenities such as tea, coffee and toiletries. I look forward to having you stay!
There are 2 bedrooms - one has a double bed, one has a small double bed - and there is a sofabed in the living room meaning 5 guests can stay here comfortably. All essentials ( wifi, towels, bed linen, toiletries, tea and coffee etc) will be provided to make your stay as easy as possible. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. If you require early check in or late check out please let me know at least 3 days in advance and we will try to accommodate if I do not have any other bookings
The flat is in the a perfect location - on the doorstep are a host of bars and restaurants (we can recommend some for your stay if you want!). The area is rich in culture and things to see and do - it even looks out onto Liverpool´s famous Chinese arch at the front and Anglican Cathedral at the back. The beautiful Georgian quarter is just a 5-10 minute walk away and the super cool Baltic Triangle area is 15-20 minutes on foot.

A truly amazing Georgian town house on one of the coolest streets in Liverpool’s city centre. It offers four comfortable rooms in an original bohemian atmosphere. It includes an artists-library, wood-fired sauna and a large communal kitchen with a open fireplace for cozy dinner parties. You can hire the rooms individually, or if you’d like to hire the whole house, it can sleeps up to 14 people comfortably sharing.
We're located in the ‘Ropewalks’ district of the City Centre. Offering easy access to an array of trendy restaurants, independent bars and cafes, shops, museums, cinemas and galleries. Seel St has a vibrant nightlife and the street is lively most evenings and especially on the weekends. This Grade 2 listed property is over 230 years old and due to its age, materials such as horsehair within line mortar may be of concern for people with severe allergies. My house as been home to many talented artists, performers and creative individuals and I am current developing the building next door as a fantastic new creative hub and will soon offer art-loving guests the chance to experience a more interactive stay in the form of art-based workshops, drawing classes, events and exhibition space hire. The house retains many of its original period features including; large rooms, wooden floors, fireplaces, high ceilings and uniquely original decoration and artworks throughout. Despite its age it has become possibly the first building in the city centre to utilise a biomass boiler, powered by locally sourced eco friendly wood pellets. This means unlimited hot water and central heating throughout the property. The ethos of 102 Seel Street, is about the creative community spirit and generous portions of inspiration. But, if you prefer your own private space we are very respectful of that too.
