You get the total resort amenities, pools, hot tub, gym, but not the expensive cleaning fee. 20th floor views of Lake Bryan to enjoy. Your room has a king-size bed with "MY PILLOW" king topper, pillows, and cooling sheets; with bathroom right next to your bedroom. Access to full kitchen/washer/dryer. $30 parking entire stay might apply (seasonal), CableTV/Wifi, shampoo, etc.
Your space is your own private bedroom and bathroom. Your king-size bed has "MY PILLOW king-bed topper", cooling sheets and "MY PILLOW". Outdoor pool has a tiki hut bar where they sell generous drinks, I'm told.
Free new washer/dryer in my unit.
Large balcony by elevators was built for guests to watch the nightly Disney fireworks. (And if you smoke, this is the balcony to do so) And new chairs with cupholders are free to use there; they are in closet on left-hand side.
There is no fee for parking right now. There might be in the future, which I have no control over; It's not my decision, and that's why I put it in my ad just in case they "surprise" me by charging $30. I need to let my guests know there is that possibility. In July, who knows. The front office said they aren't charging $30 yet, but last December when I bought the place, they said they were going to sometime in the future. Lyft/Uber is the way to go, especially if you are just going to the parks; it's much cheaper and more flexibility.
(I have an ad that is a Bed and Breakfast, but I paused it for the summer, because I have other things going on right now. So, no, I won't be making breakfast. With this ad, you are renting one private bedroom and private bathroom (with your own bedroom door key) in a condo, so there will be one or two other guests in the other private bedroom and private bathroom more than likely.
If you want to rent the whole two-bedroom condo for yourself, it starts at $125 per night with $10 per extra guest, $125 cleaning fee, just like that ad says.
If you want to make sure you aren't sharing the condo with anyone, I do rent it as a one-bedroom/one-bathroom "whole condo to yourself" for $99 per night $10 per extra guest and $50 cleaning fee. The other bedroom is locked-off.
Btw, ask any question you have. I've been a airbnb host and airbnb guest for ten years now, and my unit will be the best airbnb experience than probably 95 percent of the other airbnbs in Orlando. Why? Because the price is great considering the hotels in the area. My condo is on the 20th floor, so, that alone, sets it apart from 98 percent of airbnbs in Orlando. And my proximity to ALL the theme parks is the absolute BEST. If this is your first airbnb experience, you lucked out! For my price point, my place surpasses anything out there.
Please ask questions, I'm very happy to help you.
A major change in internet is: new fibre optic cable being provided to access points for WIFI. The project is almost complete and all units will have great WIFI connectivity.
Disney's Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld Orlando and Walt Disney World are just a short distance away.
You will enjoy every minute of your stay. Location is perfect for all tourist attractions & plenty of restaurants in local area within minutes of driving or walking.
The unit is better than the photos portray; you can't put a price tag on the relaxing balcony view of Lake Bryan you will have that no hotel can offer!
You have to experience it to believe it!
Smoking is permitted on the balcony overlooking Disney fireworks. New chairs with cupholders are there for you to use.
Located in the heart of Orlando, less than a mile from the Walt Disney World® theme parks, Disney Springs®, Premium Outlet, Universal Studios®, and SeaWorld®, we are only minutes from world-class attractions, championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, and premium shopping. Meet up at one of our two outdoor pools or at the Tiki Bar! Plenty of pool towels.
Step right out onto balcony with Disney views!
Enjoy the flat screen cable TV in your bedroom and stay connected with high-speed internet access just installed in building.
I don't recommend this, but for your info: Blue Heron offers a shuttle to Disney parks for extra fee $15.00 per person round-trip. $7.00 to SeaWorld. $17.00 to Universal. Prices change all the time. Reservations needed in advance. Times going to Disney Transport Center are: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and 12:20. Return from park varies depending on how late parks stay open. Last pick-up is usually 10:30 pm. (Blue Heron front desk told me these times and rates) Very safe condo/hotel security cameras in use for added safety.
Most of my guests prefer Uber/Lyft because my place is so close to Disney, and Lyft/Uber offers more flexibility on times obviously. Lyft/Uber drops you right in front of the park entrance you want to go to, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios.
I don't recommend this, but for your FYI: Blue Heron's $15.00 per person shuttle drops you off at the Disney Transport Center, which is just another bus connection center where you have to get in line again and take another bus to another train or boat. (Magic Kingdom is the ONLY Disney park that requires all visitors to do this "bus to train or boat connection"). In other words, if you are going to EPCOT, Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios take a Lyft/Uber. Save money and most importantly SAVE TIME. Time is money especially when you are on vacation.
Disney has exclusive rideshare (Lyft/Uber) lanes to drop passengers off right at the front entrance of EPCOT, ANIMAL KINGDOM and HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS.
If you are going to Magic Kingdom, then you have to get dropped off at the Transportation Center.
There is NO PARKING directly at Magic Kingdom, like there is at EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
I recommend taking Lyft to and from Disney parks.
From Blue Heron to EPCOT with Lyft for four people is $12.00, or Lyft XL for six people is $17.00. It's the most convenient and cheapest way if there are at least three people in your group.
When leaving any Disney park, there is a FREE one-way shuttle bus that is FREE and goes to Disney Springs, because they want your business (lots of nightlife and theatre) after you leave the park. Then you can an Uber/Lyft to Blue Heron which is two miles away: $8.00 for four people, and $12.00 for Lyft XL for six people.
Disney parking is $25 per day. EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios has parking in front of their parks; then you can catch the tram to entrance or walk to entrance, it's not too far from where your car is parked to park entrance. Lyft/Uber will take you to entrance because Disney has special Lyft/Uber lane for drop-off and pick-up.

"The condo was super close to all the parks and it made our stay even better. We will definitely stay at the Blue Heron again!"
"We arrived at Blue Heron and were thrilled with the location and our condo. King-size comfy bed with almost "ensuite" private bathroom was nice. An exercise room, pools, hot tub, liki tiki bar offering generous drinks, underground parking, which keeps your car cool in summer, was a fraction of the price of staying in a hotel!! Unbelievable!
Highly recommend for those wanting to avoid high hotel costs!
It is close to Disney and not far from Universal.
Outlet shopping and a gazillion restaurants were all super close by!
Highly recommend this spot!"
"The pool area is a wonderful spot for relaxing."
"It was our best stay ever. We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron Beach Resort. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The boardwalk was a great experience at night. It's very close to Wal-Mart, Walgreen, Dunkin Donuts, Subway Restaurant, McDonald, Olive Garden, Denny's, Red Lobster, Gas station and many more.
Very secured place.
I definitely recommend this Resort.
I could write more about this location BUT it wouldn't be enough!"
