A lovely room in a classic art-filled 4-bed Victorian flat in the heart of San Francisco's hippest neighborhood, the Mission, just two short blocks from the BART (subway) station. You'll enjoy old world charm with modern conveniences: high ceilings w/ crown moldings, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a garden. Enjoy the Mission District's murals, restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and cultural events. Available for 30-day minimum or longer guest stays.
Welcome to my circa 1885 Eastlake Stick Victorian home. Your room has a comfy queen-sized bed, desk and chair, closet with shelves and hangers, ample lighting and fast WiFi.
Enjoy a cup of hot coffee or tea in the huge kitchen, sit at the kitchen table or sofa and watch the morning sun chase away the fog, or step outside onto the patio or into the garden and sip your coffee as butterflies and hummingbirds greet you. In season pick a lemon off the tree for your tea.
You're welcome to cook to your heart's content in the fully-stocked kitchen (microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker) This is a four-bedroom flat with two bathrooms for your use that are shared with other guests, with a washer and dryer for your convenience, free coffee and tea, and WiFi throughout the house. We are located in the very center of San Francisco’s vibrant Mission District, a neighborhood full of character, where you can experience San Francisco like a native.
The finest craft brews, custom cocktails, dancing, music, bars and restaurants are located within walking distance of your front door. The Mission district features some of the best restaurants and bars in San Francisco. You can sample a variety of local cuisine from our world famous burritos to world-class meals prepared by star chefs. The Mission is a world in itself! However, if you chose to explore our beautiful city further, a 25-minute walk will take you to The Castro, a bus or a 10-minute Lyft ride will take you to the famous Haight Ashbury District and Golden Gate Park, and a 6-minute Bart ride will take you to downtown San Francisco and the Ferry Building on the Embarcadero. We are centrally located with easy access to all public transit. San Francisco is a great city for walking, has excellent public transportation, and is very Uber and Lyft friendly.
If you want to rent a car, City Carshare, Zipcar, Getaround, and Enterprise are available nearby. You can rent the cars by the hour. If you arrive by car, street parking is manageable but because it is easy to get tickets, I recommend paid parking which is available two blocks away at the following address. It is convenient and inexpensive ($27 overnight):
