Come enjoy this newly updated in-law in the center of the city, just a half block from historic Alamo Square Park and its "Painted Ladies". You'll love the clean, Scandinavian design and being walking distance from several destination neighborhoods.
Welcome to my private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom in-law apartment, centrally located in San Francisco and just steps away from Alamo Square Park and the famous Painted Ladies (as seen in countless movies and television series — including Full House). Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, this unit is perfect for one to two guests looking for a more local experience in the City. This bright and cozy unit located in the back of the building's garage enjoys a private entrance and features a queen size bed, bathroom, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, closet, desk workspace (and iMac for guest use), TV with Comcast Xfinity cable access with HBO, and Comcast wifi. What it may lack in size, it more than makes up in charm! Located on the home’s lower level, you may occasionally hear our neighbors in the morning and evening. We ask all of our guests to be respectful of our neighbors: Please refrain from loud noises, music or TV after 10:00PM.
Maximum stay 21 days.
Our home is located in the heart of San Francisco in the Alamo Square Historic District. Trendy neighborhoods like Hayes Valley, Divisadero and Lower Haight can be reached by foot within 10 minutes for shopping, dining and entertainment options. Enjoy a night out at the Symphony, Opera, Fillmore Center or SF Jazz Center. Foodies, listen up: We are surrounded by some of the Bay Area’s top restaurants (State Bird Provisions, The Progress, Nopa, Monsieur Benjamin, Petit Crenn, Ragazza, and Rich Table). For a night in, pick up a prepared meal from Bi-Rite on Divisadero, along with a scoop of their famous Salted Caramel ice cream. In the morning, you can walk across the park to The Mill for some coffee and artisanal toast, around the corner to Alamo Square Café, or down to Hayes Valley for a cup of Ritual Coffee or Blue Bottle. If coffee's not your thing, there's also a Project Juice and La Boulangerie de San Francisco in Hayes Valley.
Where can I park?
Since we are so centrally located in San Francisco, with easy Uber/Lyft availability or public transport at the corner, we recommend you do not bring a car. If you do, there is street parking with a two-hour limit during the day from 9:00AM-8:00PM Monday-Friday on all streets. This means that if you are in a spot at 6:00PM, you can stay there until 11:00AM the next morning. Weekends are definitely busier as the 2 hour maximum does not apply.
If you do not have the Uber app, enjoy $6 off your first 2 rides with promo code UBERBEMYGUEST. If you do not have the Lyft app, enjoy $10 off your first ride with promo code KYLE223219. Note these promo codes are valid for first-time riders only. Enter the promo code after you sign up!
