In my view my place is in the most suitable location, close to Adelaide CBD, Restaurants , Public Transport, Ashford Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide Showground, Shopping. You’ll love my place because of the location.Adelaide CBD is just 2.5km and the famous Glenelg beach is just 7km. Catch the tram to city or Glenelg. Tram stop is at less than 5 minutes walk and Bus stop is outside the complex. Westfield Marion shopping centre and Adelaide Airport are at a short drive of 15 minutes.

Tram stop is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram will take you to Adelaide CBD (with tram stops close to each hotspot like Central Market, Victoria Square, Rundle Mall, Adelaide Railway Station, Casino, new RAH) on one side and Glenelg Beach on the other side. Both sides is a short 15-20 minutes tram ride. Tram in very convenient if you are attending an event at the Adelaide Showgrounds and the nearest stop is Goodwood road which is 3-4 minutes walk from the Showgrounds. Similarly if you are going to Adelaide Oval then you can get down at Adelaide Railway Station tram stop and the Oval is less than 5 minutes walk. No hassle of parking in the CBD.

•On arrival your accommodation is presented to you in a clean and organized manner. We request that it is given back to us in the same way or an additional cleaning charge will apply.
•We ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum and please respect others living in the complex.
•Keys are to be given back at the time of checkout, lost keys mean lock changes at a rate of $130.
•The apartment is fully furnished and any cost for broken, missing or damaged walls or items will be charged via Airbnb.
•Do not remove ANY items from the apartment.
•If you do have a problem, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible to discuss the matter.
•We strongly recommend that all guests take out holiday, injury, medical and cancellation insurance cover at the time of booking. Our policy does not cover your travel arrangements.
• Please leave the keys in the lock box when you leave.
• LIABILITY – The property is privately owned under Strata Management and neither the owners nor the management personnel accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
• If staying with children then it is the parent’s responsibility to watch the children on the balcony/stairs. The accommodation is on first floor with no gate on the stairs and we don't provide cots, high chair, nappy changing table etc. If you are still happy to book,most welcome.The Owners or the strata management personnel do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents or damage caused to any person including children staying in the property.
• We are not responsible for any of your items lost or items forgotten after you vacate the premises.
Nearest shopping centre is at Kurralta Park on ANZAC highway. It's about 1 km and there is a Coles, K-Mart, Nando's, Bakery, CIBO cafe and other shops in the shopping centre. There are plenty of restaurants within 1km distance on South Road and ANZAC highway.
