What you are about to discover is the result of 15 years in the making. I wanted this experience to be nothing short of EPIC. If you are ACTIVE, if you love NATURE, GREAT company, LAUGHTERS, WATER-WATER-WATER and BREATHTAKING locations for the most amazing PICTURES ever, this experience is for YOU. I will take you to what I consider the top 4 locations to visit in Valencia in ONE AMAZING EPIC DAY! During the trip we will visit waterfalls, swim in a natural thermal spring lagoon (25C year round), water caves, canyons, and a few surprises along the way. It is not too extreme or strenuous as we move to the different locations with the minivan. Let’s call it a glamventure day :) This is NOT a hiking day. This tour is suited for almost everyone. Fit or not, young or more experienced ;-) I will guide you to get close to the massive waterfall, swim at the thermal springs and really almost whatever you are up to. If you are not so active, all the locations are perfect for chilling, taking amazing pictures and just enjoy a perfect day in the nature with fellow travellers. Of course there are nice stops to have local food and drinks. This experience is perfect for couples, group of friends, families, hen/stag dos and solo travellers.

Explore Valencia old town from a local's perspective, learning the secrets of the side streets and traveling through time as we discover Roman, Gothic and Baroque architectural styles. We will be more than happy to take your favorite holiday photos as we pass the beautiful buildings! The tour will finish in one of the most emblematic spaces of Valencia: the Arab wall, a site of great historical importance dating back to the 11th Century and the reign of El Cid. Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. Relax in a unique setting, take enviable holiday pictures and make memories that will last a lifetime! Other things to note: Your guide will meet you at the start of the experience. Nos encontraremos en el mercado de Ruzafa (en la puerta exterior de la parte marrón) a dos minuto de LaLlarga. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia. Una vez lista la comeremos juntos y nos conoceremos aun mas!

If just arrived in town this is a perfect introduction to the Spanish gastronomy, the essentials of Valencia and the local culture! During this food tour we will live to the rhythm of the city and we will eat where the citizens of Valencia used to go, away from the ultra tourist sites. More than a tour, we will live a cultural, walking and gastronomic tour in the same experience. We will go to a local bar where we will have an authentic almuerzo/breakfast as the Valencianos do: the iconic Esmorzaret! We will discover Valencia's old stores and taste their fresh products, have a delicious breakfast, visit the emblematic central market where we will stand to eat Iberian ham, olives, cheese and wine from the region. We will continue this fantastic adventure having a light lunch with obviously one of the most typical dish of Spain with drinks included in a bar / restaurant well appreciated by the inhabitants of our beloved city. We will be visiting 5 spots in total. All the places we go are traditional and family businesses, some of them over 200 years old. Emblematic monuments of the city , main squares, the Central Market, delicious food and drinks, everything is included in the price ! Join us and come hungry ;)

Coordinaremos para arrancar la sesión en uno de los icónicos edificios de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias e iremos recorriendo los principales puntos emblemáticos para completar el circuito de la sesión de fotos. Pueden ser sesiones individuales o grupales. Sabemos que puedes tomar fotos por tu cuenta, pero la experiencia de viaje con amigos y familia es más placentera si no debes preocuparte de no salir en fotos, de repetir tomas o de no disfrutar el lugar por estar pendiente de conseguir buenas fotos, además de contar con asesoría para las locaciones más famosas y la toma profesional de fotografías sin perder detalles de tu viaje, ni tiempo. Nota: Las fotos se envían en digital por G Drive o Wetranfer en un periodo de 2 a 4 días una vez finalizada la sesión, dependiendo si es foto individual o grupales.

Las clases del DOMINGO son en el Rio Turia, mandaré la ubicación una vez que la reserva este confirmada. Ofrezco clase: Martes a las 7:00 Meditación en Movimiento con concierto de Cuencos tibetanos y de Cuartzo, son 7 saludos al sol, ejercicio de respiración y meditación, la duración de la experiencia es de 45 minutos. Ubicación: Hotel Sabbia (Paseo Neptuno 30, 4º planta) Sábado a las 9:30 Yoga & Gong, es una práctica de Hatha Yoga para todos los niveles y relajación de 20 minutos con Gong y otros instrumentos del mundo. I will take you to a 3 hours tapas experience to discover the most authentic tapas, bars and neighborhoods of Valencia. In this evening walk you will discover the Valencia that very few tourists have the chance to see and you will enjoy it like a local. 4 stops in total and a many things to discover. Old taverns, vibrant tapas and great local drinks, everything is included in the price and the fun is guaranteed. All the included spots are family-owned bussines, and I'm lucky to know the owners. At the end of the tour you'll feel like one of us! The total distance is about 1,5km but we go at a slow pace. This is also a great experience for teams, groups and team-building Please let us know about dietary restrictions. Experience not adapted for strict vegetarians/vegans.

The experience is about the practice of conscious Yoga. In the park of the river Turia We will appreciate and try to integrate: Nature, Breathing, Body movements and Relaxation. If you don't have a Yoga mat it will be ok with a towel, or you can also let me know and I will try to lend you one.

We are going to do a fun ride most of all through the cycle paths of Valencia. We could visit the Garden of the Turia, the Royal Garden, The City of the Arts and the Sciences... Be prepared to be active and to have fun. It's really easy to ride the E-steps. The first minutes could be a little scary (just a little) but then you will feel free and safe. This tour is special because it is thought as a journey through time over more than 2000 years, taking as a reference the most emblematic buildings where key events in the history of the city took place. I will guide you so that you can discover the legacy left by the Romans, Moors and Christians. I will tell you the legends of relevant characters who lived in Valencia, such as the Borgia family, or King James I of Aragon (The Conqueror). We will start at the Serranos Towers, the main Medieval gate to access the walled city. We will continue to the Palace of the Borgias, one of the most powerful families in the 16th-17th centuries. Then, we will head to Queen Square and Virgen Square to admire the Cathedral, the Basilica and St. Catherina´s and St. Michael´s bell towers. We will continue to Barrio del Carmen, the Arab quarter to visit the Round Square and Lope de Vega´s Square where I will unveiled a secret) . We´ll head to the iconic Silk Exchange Market (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the baroque church of Santos Juanes and the Central Market, a wonder for the senses.

Es un Entrenamiento Personal en grupos reducidos donde justamente nadie hace lo mismo que el otro, centrándose en los objetivos y necesidades de cada persona, la entrenadora seleccionará métodos de entrenamiento y recursos materiales ( bandas de suspensión, anillas, fitball, pesas, barras, bandas elásticas, etc) según el contexto de cada persona. Al mismo tiempo habrán otras personas realizando su rutina personal. La primera parte del entrenamiento será un calentamiento para prepararte para la parte principal haciendo todo tipo de movilizaciones y además se te harán preguntas para detectar cuales son tus gustos, objetivos y necesidades para luego en la parte principal incorporar los ejercicios que tengan que ver con todo lo anterior y al final de la clase se harán ejercicios de automasaje con Foam roller y de flexibilidad. Será al aire libre ( playa las Arenas) con un control y motivación permanente por parte de la entrenadora que te guiará en todo momento del entrenamiento, brindándote un entrenamiento que te ayudará a mantenerte activo y fuerte, dejándote buenas sensaciones al terminarlo. Catch a breath of mountain air and experience the idyllic thermal springs of Montanejos with us. In this full-day adventure, we will explore the natural beauty of the surrounding areas of Valencia that few visitors ever get to discover. After picking you up from a convenient location, we will travel north out of the city. Our first stop will be at the impressive Bridal Falls - a 55m high waterfall, where we can bask in the surrounding nature and maybe take a dip in the waterfall pools. Watch out for goats and ghosts at this magical spot! We will then discover the legendary Fuente de los Baños - natural thermal springs of crystal clear, medicinal waters. Here, we can swim, explore caves, and relax in the most beautiful of locations. First used in the 13th Century, the springs are constantly rising at a pleasant 25°C, wonderful all year round! After swimming we will get to stop for lunch in the village of Montanejos to re-fuel, as well as visiting the impressive horizontal waterfall, canyons, lake, and dam! We believe in leaving places better than we found them, which is why we only use local providers and have built long-lasting friendships in the villages we visit. If you choose to join us, you will get to see this in action, interact with locals, and we plant a tree for every guest! This really is the perfect way to escape the city and be at one with nature for a day.
