Drinks & Nightlife
You need a reservation, and you need a password. Not only is this a speakeasy, it's actually 5 speakeasy bars nested inside of eachother. I'm not never kidding. The only one you don't need a reso for is the library bar, but their drink menu is limited. My favourite is the detective agency film noir bar inside of bourbon and branch (you need a reso!). There's also a speakeasy hidden in the floorboards of one of their speakeasies. It's impossible not to have fun here.

A piano bar with a live pianist every night of the week, and anyone can get up and sing and song with the pianist in accompaniment. It's like karaoke, but for the pros. If you are going to sing, be sure you know all the lyrics, and the key! The pianist knows most showtunes and standards. If you aren't a singer, just go to enjoy the local talent. No cover, but you'll be expected to keep drinking to keep your space in the room.

Unless you're a crazy cyclist like me, or you love long hikes, you probably want to drive up Twin Peaks. however you get up there, it's worth it. Best view of SF from anywhere in the city. Gorgeous, stunning, transformative.

This is where the photos you see in postcards of the golden gate bridge are taken. It's a huge hill, but worth it for the view! Especially if you can get there when it's not foggy.
