We absolutely love this chef owned and operated Japanese-fusion seafood restaurant. For 25€ you get an incredible multi-course fixed menu - which they happily adapt to the dietary requirements of each guest. Reserve in advance because it’s super small.

Drinks & Nightlife

Near Miradouro Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, this place is a legendary counter-cultural hangout from back in the 1970s, presided over back then by its poet owner. It still sees mostly locals coming by to have a drink and catch up - note that it can get a bit smokey in the evenings, if that’s not your things. But it does have a good selection of Portuguese beers. The food’s decent, too.
