This is a charming little town with lots of churches but the Castle in particular is well worth a visit and only costs 3 euros each

Everything Else
fabulous sandy beach in the shape of a horseshoe, there are two sides to this beach one side has sunbeds, pedalos etc there is also a small bar that sells food and drinks.

During February Putignano host a fabulous carnival which is also held for one day in July. The carnival floats are amazing and not to be missed
