Super interesting view in the gold age past from this area. This town just breathes the atmosphere from the days, with a great train ride for the kids, lots of animals, horse and carriage; everything lives on in this town with actors (during summer months). A must go!

Don't forget to put a dollar in the Happy Hans statue, at the end of the platzl, near the library; where there is a mining museum as well...
