Fantastic views of Vancouver while skiing and hiking! Coola and Grinder the grizzly bears, are around in the summer to view from their enclosure. Hike up the Grouse Grind and have a fabulous lunch on the patio!

There are lots of different shops such as the Quay Souvenir Centre, the Blue Teapot Store, an Irish store called Celtic Creations, restaurants (Cheshire Cheese), and the Soup Meister that has excellent homemade soups, spaghetti sauces and more, a food court, all while being right on the Pier at the foot of Lonsdale so that you can go outside and enjoy the view across the water to downtown Vancouver.

From our house, it's only a 7 minute walk to the bus stops. On Montroyal Blvd, walk west to Bus Stop 54528 to catch the Highland 246 bus to downtown Vancouver or Edgemont Village. If you cross Montroyal Blvd, walk east to Bus Stop 54498 to catch the Highland 246 bus to Lonsdale Quay, and then you can also get the seabus over to downtown Vancouver.
