Armistice Brewing Company is a sibling-owned and operated brewery that takes a decidedly experimental approach to brewing. We specialize in highly aromatic, juicy, hazy IPAs with hardly any bitterness. We rarely brew the same beer twice and our constantly-changing lineup often features silky smooth milkshake IPAs, PiePAs, fruit-forward juice bombs, big stouts, and beers that border on the ineffable due to their use of innovative local ingredients and methods. Most of our beers transcend style boundaries, but we also suffer from a perennial and unprofitable passion for traditional English-style ales, which manifests as an ongoing flirtation with commercial suicide. We can what we can, and when we do they often sell-out on release day, so please buy yours online pre-sale to guarantee your pickup. And if you miss out on a release, relax. We’re not curing cancer or ending climate change over here. It’s just beer.

Riggers Loft is the East Bay’s go-to location for wine, relaxation and music. The extraordinary Bay views are the backdrop to this comfortable meeting place where locals far and wide come to relax with friends over wine, cider, food, live music and other regular events. A collective wine bar, tasting room, working winery and cidery, it is home to principal owners R&B Cellars, as well as Carica Wines, and Far West Cider Company. This historic building that once played a vital role in building the Liberty and Victory ships of World War II is now a working winery and cidery with a comfortable tasting room and a stunning, panoramic view of the San Francisco skyline and beyond. It is chic with a gritty urban feel that reflects the building's history and showcases history-in-the-making on San Francisco Bay. The “long and winding road” along Canal Blvd. to Riggers Loft is well worth the effort. Once you step inside the winery you will have arrived at a place where you will want to stay. Enjoy food from a rotating group of exciting food trucks. Come tasting with your pooch as Riggers Loft welcomes canines!

Named for Richmond's lighthouse, East Brother Beer Co. (1001 Canal Blvd.) has become one of area's most entertaining gathering spaces since it opened almost two years ago. At the 12,000-square-foot warehouse and brewing space, find six of the brewery's core beers done in a traditional style (plus the odd limited release, such as the Festbier), as well as pool, bocce, pinball machines, a ping pong table, and board and arcade games.
