Despite the expansive geothermal development Hells Gate is well worth a visit and allow time for a walk down into the incredible gorge.
There is a great rock pinnacle to climb, plenty of plains game and if you are very lucky you may see a Lammergeier!
Allow at least half a day for this excursion and a whole day if you plan to hike or ride.
