The site directly across the highway from this home is where the war of 1812 was fought! The battle of New Orleans! There’s two parts and entrances next to each other! Don’t leave without walking directly to the back to explore the Mississippi River! It’s right along the big levee you will walk right up to ! You’ll see the city of New Orleans skyline!
