2nd Friday of each month, the locals gather to enjoy music. The local food establishments give you a receipt of supporting them that evening and you show your receipt at the bar during the event to receive a discount cocktail. Food trucks are also available. Very fun event with people gathering and dancing in the park. There is also a playground nearby for the older children. Bring lawn chair or blanket in case no seating available.

The park doesn't look anything like this more, but there is a very nice walking trail on one side. Also, a playground for anyone that came along with kiddies.

Many people like to keep up with their exercise routines when they go on vacation. There is a walking/jogging/ bicycle trail. You can drive your car and park. Walk safely on a trail designed just for this. You will be near the Suncoast Highway so that will help guide you to your destination. From my destination, you can go down Powell Road and get to Suncoast.
