The Roost is a great place to check out as well. It was on the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. They have many great items on the menu. A favorite appetizer of mine is the shoshito peppers.

This location is relatively new in town. I used to be neighbors with the owner several years ago in Boulder and it’s a great spot. I love the corned beef hash and eggs as a suggestion.
