Best brekkie in Warrnambool imo. They're always busy though, so get there early.

Warrnambool Foreshore Promenade

One of Australia’s best preserved dry craters offering commanding views of surrounding peaks on the volcanic plain. The Alan Marshall trail begins on Morack Street just off Glenormiston Road. Visitors enter through a gate to access the track. A short hike takes (500m) you to the crater, and a further 500m and a stiffish climb gets you to the summit.

Sightseeing

Between June and September, female Southern Right whales return to the waters of Warrnambool’s Logans Beach to calve. The whales often swim within a hundred metres of the shore. They can be viewed from a specially constructed platform in the sand dunes or from the beach. Whales are spotted from other locations on Warrnambool's promenade as well as various locations between Warrnambool and Port Fairy. To find out where whales have been sighted check out the Warrnambool Whales fb page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Great-Ocean-Road-Whales/222572294432194

Less Fashionable End of the Great Ocean Road

Most tourists visit the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard, but the coastline from shortly past Warrnambool at Childers Cove through to Peterborough is quite beautiful, and quiet. Finish off the drive with a trip to Timboon for ice cream.
