Visit the Basin
If you're traveling through Franconia Notch, I highly recommend checking out the Basin, it's just a short walk from the parking lot and cool to see.

ATV riding
ATVs can be ridden from the property to the trails and on most roads in town, check the signage for prohibited routes. I believe Berlin ATVing must end at 10 and Gorham at dusk. Check local rules in case anything has changed. Don't forget to register your OHRV which can be done at Dalton Mountain motorsports 5 minutes from the house.
