Featured in "Yesterday" (12) 2019, starring Himesh Patel, Lily James, Joel Fry, Ed Sheeran. Danny Boyle’s romantic comedy, and in "Injustice" (15) (ITV) 2011 starring James Purefoy. A five-part ITV thriller from Anthony Horowitz.

Beaches

We regularly cycle to Bawdsey Quay. There is free but limited car parking, the Boathouse Cafe and an occasional ice-cream van. Great for a paddle. Toilet facilities. A favourite, not least for the journey itself, is to take the Deben Ferry - a small foot boat - from Bawdsey Quay to Felixstowe Ferry, on the opposite bank of the Deben. Here there is a pub, cafes, an excellent fresh fish shop, and a boat yard.
