There is far more to Brecon than just a stroll around the shops. There is a cathedral, a military museum, a promenade along the river where you can hire out boats and a canal where you can also take a boat ride or a stroll along the canal towpath. There are also regular market days and a monthly craft market & farmers market

Cardiff is just over and hours drive from Craiglas Escapes and if you like cities you will love the hussle & bustle of Cardiff. Fantastic shops, a Castle, beautiful parks and the Cardiff Bay Area with it's restaurants & views over the coastline make a great day out.
