You’ll find more local shops in this small area inside- worth taking a look. When you’re done, enjoy an ice cream and take a walk by the Canal Lachine water canal. If you walk long enough you’ll reach downtown/Old Port as you walk by the several new condominiums built around.

The scenery is beautiful in morning and especially at night too, as patios light up as dinner-bars open up. The walk by the water is tranquil too yet vibrant with life. There’s a ferry wheel to try out at sunset with a beautiful view of the city.

The first place everyone visits to get the city-wide view of Montreal. To reach the top, you must do a simple hike, with parking spaces that are close to it if you don’t want to walk from the bottom of the mount. When you’re done, head down to the middle of the park to find a little lake and enjoy the sun with a picnic.
