This is a real 'local's local'! Sit at the little tables and stools out the front and watch the locals come for great coffee and food. (You will leave with more than you intended!)

This bread is amazing. It's slow-rise wholewheat sourdough. The slow-rise means the sourdough starter has longer to convert the gluten to resistant starch - which means no bloatey full feeling after eating the bread! It's chewy and a little bit sour. Just delicious!
As are all the baked goods (croissants as good as Paris!). And excellent coffee too.

Organic Bread Bar Darlinghurst
354 Liverpool StThis bread is amazing. It's slow-rise wholewheat sourdough. The slow-rise means the sourdough starter has longer to convert the gluten to resistant starch - which means no bloatey full feeling after eating the bread! It's chewy and a little bit sour. Just delicious!
As are all the baked goods (croissants as good as Paris!). And excellent coffee too.

Easily my favourite restaurant in Paddington. Is it the modern renovation of the Victorian terrace house? Is it the punchy flavours of the modern Latin American food? Could it be the incredible cocktails? (You have to try the 'Tequila Mockingbird' at least once...) It could be the great service too. Or all of the above. If there's a banquet or degustation menu, definitely opt for that. It's the best way to sample a range of the delicious dishes. Although I could live on the Ceviche Tacos and the Tequila Mockingbird cocktail. (I'm pretty sure that's a complete diet.)
