Sightseeing
This resort is also fun in the summer or winter. It has a gondola ride that is spectacular in that you can see the gradeur of the mountains on the back side of Glacier Park. It's a resort town in the Rocky Mountains. There are lots of fun things to do at the top of the mountain and the town of Whitefish is at the bottom of the mountain. it features lots of little boutiques, restaurants, bars and great views. It is where Amtrack comes into Northwest Montana.

It is where Amtrack comes into Northwest Montana.
Kalispell is the shopping center for Bigfork residents. All the chain stores are located here, as well as the County Fair grounds, Glacier International Airport, and the downtown area dates back to the 1800's.

There are tours daily and the guides dress in Victorian era costumes.
