The best fries!! Duckfat serves soups, salads, and paninis, but they are some of the best we have ever had Duckfat also almost always has a line out the door and is a local favorite. They don't take reservations, so we recommend going when they open for lunch at 11 AM, or you can wait in line which moves pretty fast.

This is one of the busiest areas in the center of Portland. There are lots of places to eat and cute shops in this area. Most tourists go by this area on their visit! Troy lived on Exchange Street right in the middle of the Old Port for a year and we loved the easy access to everything.

This is a landmark of the area. The views are AMAZING and you can walk over to Fort Williams as well as the famous lighthouse. Great place for a walk, to have a picnic, and to relax.

We like to take our dog to this spot for walks with friends. There are walking paths around the pond. The forest area at Great Pond is especially charming.

The Eastern Prom has some of the best views. Depending on when you go, they also have food trucks around. You are right by the water and people are always walking and hanging out here. There is a jungle gym here too if you want to bring kids!
