Cathedral Ledge makes some really interesting liquor. At the distillery they do full tastings. I'd recommend bringing a mixer (a can of soda would be perfect) to continue imbibing after your tastes.
If you like bloody mary's - try the horseradish vodka! Then, check out stonewall kitchen to get some great bloody mary mix!

Strange recommendation, I know. But, REI rents all kinds of equipment/ gear (summer and winter) at VERY affordable prices. Especially if you're a member.
