Again a bit of a trek, but if you have a car this place is great. The owner is always there to greet you and take your order. The food is excellent too!

Probably on the edge of "comfortably walkable", but worth the trip. They play indie movies and big titles. It's in the same area as an outdoor shopping center with a GAP, Jcrew, Club Monaco, etc.

I've never been to this aquarium myself, but every guest that has gone has said it's really great. They have a monkey exhibit. Monkeys are cool.

It's in one of the coolest looking buildings in Dallas. There are a lot of interesting rotating exhibits, and the tickets are pretty reasonable at $17 per person.
