A big park with a road just over 2 miles that you can bike, run, or walk. Also has a huge dog park in it, right next to the historic Observatory. There are also tons of trails through the woods if you're feeling more adventurous, a playground, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Lovely bike trail that goes by the riverside for several miles. You can get on at Federal Street, where there's a Healthy Ride station for bike rentals ($2/hr) and then ride it to Millvale or Sharpsburg, where there are a number of great breweries.
