This is a really cool concert venue less than a 15 minute walk away. It's on the larger side, at 1,800 person capacity, but they book a cool variety of artists from various genres of music. The sound system is tops, and the layout is nice and gives really good sight lines to the stage from almost anywhere in the venue. Drinks are a bit pricey though. Check out the schedule:

Rare and hard to find types from big breweries to the smallest micro brewery half way around the world. The guy behind the counter, Mef (possibly the owner) is almost always there and is super nice and will be happy to talk about beer and make recommendations. There are also some taps so you can fill up growlers if you like, or just sample some things.
