Open Friday and Saturday Nights and Sunday people from Brisbane flock to this venue for amazing food, street performers, bands, and socializing with friends and family. It is simply amazing and so relaxing too. The food is from all over the world. I make sure that I nab a table and listen to some jazz music in one of the many performance spaces. The kids love it too - with events and outdoor movies happening just for them!

Just down the street from Fortitude Valley, James Street has been revitalised and reinvented as a place to go that has a little bit of everything for every age group. I love to go there and socialise, maybe listen to a band or even see a movie with friends. I will then go home and the younger members of the group are a 5 minute walk to the niteclubs and amazing music and pubscene of Fortitude Valley where you can dance to dawn.

Getting Around
Just around the block is Wooloowin Railway Station. From there you can get to anyway in Brisbane and beyond. It is just two stops from the airports and 10 minutes from Central Station.

The oldest house in Brisbane is just a 30 minute walk and you can experience the simple grandaur of times past. A favourite place for special events, I think of it a place that time forgot surrounded by the revitalised and architecturally interesting Teneriffe and Newstead.
