It's the natural wine capital by import per capita (you gotta try it, or try it again), and the cocktail scene is lively and eclectic (try akvavit!). An extremely bizarre yet gorgeous natural park full of deer, with the world's oldest (and strangest) amusement park, Bakken, inside. Bike or take the train to Klampenborg for a long walk through the park, then hit Bellvue beach while you're at it. What a delightfully strange day trip !

Don't miss Asistens Kirkegaard, the Design Museum, or historic buildings like Børsen, or get involved by picking up some Danish design in Vernedamsvej or Jæggersborggade

Do not miss this incredible museum, about 1 hour by train from the city. It is spectacular any time of the year, no matter the exhibitions. The museum store is also fantastic. If you're savvy and the weather is warm, bring your swimsuit and take a dip in the sea before or after the museum. Also make sure to reserve a table for elegant seafood lunch or dinner at Restaurant Sletten nearby! WOW

This historic watchtower is open to the public for a bite of food, glass of wine, special events, and awesome view. This is such a special place and exciting new hangout.
