I really like the drive past the Prime Minister's house along Sussex Drive as you also pass the Governor General's Residence, the Department of Foreign Affairs and quite a few beautiful embassies.

Great place for kids to play on the play structure, shoot some hoops, go for a swim (in the summer) or run around the field. Pet owners are also welcome to walk their dogs off-leash - just don't forget to pick up after them!

The Rideau Canal is a waterway built from Kingston to Ottawa and in the winter becomes the longest skating rink in the world! Beautiful paths line both sides and provide great views of the city.
