A nice fitness center in a historic former schoolhouse. Yoga classes frequently (check the Anderson Island App for schedule), machines inside, tennis courts outside.

There is a nine-hole executive golf course on the island. The golf clubhouse rents clubs, balls and rolling carts if you need them. You can also buy fishing licenses at the Riv office.

A lovely easy loop trail that is mostly flat and in the forest, with little detours for good views or stops on the beaches. Well maintained and features signs about wildlife. No dogs allowed.

This is the lake that our house is on, it’s the lake with two swimming areas and allows motorized boats, jet skis, etc. No dogs, smoking or drinking allowed at either park.
