A great local place in Fairplay; breakfast or lunch; but get there early... closes at 2 p.m. and is closed Monday and Tuesday. Delicious food -- including Mexican food (small portions available) and delicious burgers with Colorado beef. Best bacon around for breakfast and terrific biscuits and gravy! Great service and good prices, too.

You wouldn't expect to find such great food in this spot. A bar atmosphere. Lots of local color and a favorite of residents and tourists. In the small town of Alma, on your way to and from Breckenridge and Frisco from the Outpost. Vegetarian options, too.

Quirky gallery in downtown South Park with lots of local art items, including jewelry and original art. Super place for a unique souvenir. And the only shop where you'll see a sign that says, "Dog May Nip."

If you are looking for Bigfoot, this is your place! A fun shop full of Sasquatch souvenirs -- and a small museum that costs about $4 to enter. Also, there's a small Outfitter shop there with all sorts of gear. (Great photo ops by Sasquatch out front and inside.)
