Interactive children's museum focused on teaching about Alabama history. From the stuffed dogs, to the play areas there is easily 2+ hours of activities. There is a wide variety of things to do for the kids, such as dressing up as a fire chief, policeman, construction worker, "fishing" in the water, picking corn & vegetables, putting on a puppet show, as well as all the learning stations.

It’s a laugh a minute as various animals come right up to your window and will eat out of your hand if you’ll let them- though technically it’s against the rules. These steers, bison, sheep, deer etc know what the cars bring (feed you buy at the ticket booth) and know what the sound of an electric window rolling down is. Every car gets a special friend that follows it like a lost puppy- fun for all ages and worth the $

During the Civil War, this depot was a prison for captured Confederates and a hospital for the wounded. It's an interesting informative place for someone who likes history about the town of Huntsville, the civil war, and trains it self. A good place for kids to learn.

It is convenient to shops in the area. The selection of wines, ciders, meads and other beverages is impressive, the atmosphere is homey and the staff are knowledgeable and willing to advise patrons as required,I would recommend Otbx to anyone who is in the market for craft beers or any other beverages that might pique your interest. The place is even dog friendly which we loved! A must go for a great laid back evening as a couple or group of friends.
