If you enjoyed my tour in the afternoon and you ask me for a recommendation I would most likely recommend this place. They have a small menu but big dishes. Because their menu is small they really know what they are doing with these dishes and the ingredients are always fresh. If you are in Salzburg during high season (which is most of the year) make sure to reserve ahead of time. It is usually full.

This is a legendary place. Not only is the food exquisit but it's the only option in town where you can eat that kind of exquisit food all night long. They open at 6pm and close at 5am in the morning. The prices are high but the food is higher quality than in most other Austrian restaurants in the city.
